Some pictures showing the lovely facets the knife leaves on the spoons. With a sharp knife no sanding is required as the grain has essentially been shaved rather than smothered with the sand paper. This means longer lasting smoothness, beautiful ageing over time and a lot less dust! For me, the only part I really like to be silky smooth ins the inner bowl of the spoon or the edge of a spatula or spreader. It just give a awesome contrast of the two textures.
